Which rooms are there at Hotel Brauhaus zu Murau?
We have 50 rooms. They are divided into double rooms for single use, double rooms with or without a balcony, triple rooms and family rooms with two separate bedrooms.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Which methods of payment are possible?
We accept cash, Bankomat debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, voucher payment and payment by invoice.
Is breakfast included in the price?
All our room rates include breakfast and taxes. The tourist tax is charged in addition.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.
Is it possible to have a late check-out?
If your room is still available, you are welcome to have a late check-out for an additional charge.
How far is it to the nearest railway station?
Murau railway station is 650 m (an 8-minute walk) from Brauhaus zu Murau. Murau St. Leonhard station is a 4-minute walk away.
Are there car parking spaces? How much do they cost?
We have our own underground car park. The price is €8.00 per night.
Is there internet in the hotel and how much does it cost?
We have free fibre-optic WiFi throughout the hotel.
Are dogs allowed at the hotel?
Dogs are very welcome with us. The surcharge for the additional cleaning is €18.00 per night.
Do you offer bedding for allergy sufferers?
Yes, we are happy to provide allergy-friendly bedding on request.
What are the breakfast times at the hotel?
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available every day from 07:00 to 10:00.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our house has a restaurant and serves hot food from 11:30 to 21:00.
Do you also offer lactose-free and gluten-free products?
Yes. Please let us know at reception. On request, we are happy to offer you lactose-free and gluten-free products.
Is there a minibar in the room?
There is a drinks vending machine on the second floor with a wide selection. Small (empty) fridges are available in the rooms.
Can I add half board?
Yes. You are welcome to add half board for €29.00. It includes a three-course menu with a choice of two soups and three main courses, plus a dessert.
